Your data stays yours.

Mola is built to be calm — and that includes how it treats your data. There are no accounts and no ads. Everything you write in Mola stays on your device.

The short version: Mola stores your name, schedule, water log, plans and stats only on your phone. We don't have a server that collects them, we don't run ads, and we never sell your data. We do measure which features get used — never what you write in them.

Who we are

Mola is made by LEXINGTONWORKS LTD, a company registered in England & Wales (Company No. 16974034), London, United Kingdom. In this policy, "we", "us" and "Mola" mean LEXINGTONWORKS LTD.

What we collect

From the app itself: nothing about you personally. Everything you enter — your name, working hours, days, break and water settings, water log, planner blocks, tasks, routines, focus sessions and stats — is stored locally on your device using on-device storage. It is not transmitted to us and we cannot see it.

Purchases (Mola+)

Mola+ is an optional auto-renewable subscription. Payments are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store — we never see your card or payment details.

To unlock Mola+ features and keep them in sync, we use RevenueCat, Inc. as our subscription processor. RevenueCat processes a randomly generated app user identifier and your Mola+ purchase and subscription status. This is used solely to grant and manage your subscription — never for advertising or profiling. See RevenueCat's privacy policy and Apple's privacy policy.

Usage analytics

We use Mixpanel, Inc. to understand how Mola is used — above all, where people stop when they are deciding whether to subscribe. That is the only reason it is here.

We record that something happened, never what you wrote. Mola sends events like "a routine was completed", "water was logged", "the subscription screen was opened, then closed", "a free trial started". Alongside each one it sends a few plain details — how long the subscription screen was on screen, how many days of a trial were used, the length of a focus session, your device's language. Your task titles, your name, your notes and everything else you type stay on your phone, exactly as described above.

Events carry a random identifier generated by Mixpanel so that one visit can be seen as one visit. It is not your name, your email or an advertising identifier, and we never connect it to you. See Mixpanel's privacy policy.

We do not collect advertising identifiers, contact details, location or health data — then or ever.

Notifications

Break and water reminders are scheduled locally on your device. Their content and timing are generated on your phone; no reminder data is sent to us.

Photos

If you choose to place a progress card over one of your own photos before sharing it, that happens entirely on your device. Mola does not upload your photos anywhere.

What we don't do

No advertising and no advertising identifiers
No cross-app or cross-site tracking, and no data brokers
No selling, renting or sharing of your data
No accounts, logins or profiles
No reading of anything you write in Mola

Children

Mola is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect any personal information from them.

Keeping and deleting your data

Because your Mola data lives on your device, you are in control of it. Deleting the app removes all of that data from your phone. To cancel a Mola+ subscription, use your App Store subscription settings.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we'll revise the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
